You know when December rolls around and you scratch your head trying to think of what you want for Christmas? You've probably seen things throughout the year, but you've either bought them already, or you've long since forgotten. So here's my list... I'll make it as I see things throughout the year!

A few months ago I was looking for a pen and ended up grabbing one out of the drawer that had gold ink. It wasn't what I was looking for, but it worked. I ended up using that pen for about three months and filled my notebooks with thoughts, questions, designs, diagrams, and now that it has run out of ink I realize that I've grown quite fond of it. They just keep coming out with fantastic documentaries about the space program! It's been a great year! This one is sort of like the "Planet Earth" of space documentaries, chronicalling the entire pre-ISS history of US space program. It's going to take some self control to keep from running out and buying this one!
Too bad we don't have a Blu-ray player yet, but they're still too pricey, so I'll have to settle for the DVD version.

Ironman World Championship DVD

As we were wandering through the Ottawa Marathon paviolion today, I saw some footage of the Ironman playing on an LCD TV, and I was mesmerized. I'd love to watch the DVD sometime.
